01 / FRICTION
The wrong requests.
An inquiry can come from the wrong area or ask for a service the business does not offer. More traffic alone will not resolve that mismatch.
What we would inspect
Review the actual query-to-page journey, distinguish repair from replacement and put real coverage near the decision. Classify a sample of inquiries before attributing the problem to one channel.
02 / FRICTION
The unclear offer.
Broad labels leave customers guessing. A homeowner may need to know whether duct cleaning includes dryer vents, whether a garage door issue is repairable or whether pest support is recurring.
What we would inspect
Inspect page structure, service boundaries, process explanations and genuine evidence. Build distinct pages where the customer decision is distinct, without creating thin city copies.
03 / FRICTION
The lost next step.
A polished contact form is incomplete until a message reaches the correct destination and someone knows how to handle it.
What we would inspect
Test the mobile journey, field validation, success and error states, inbox receipt and reply routing. Identify who handles inquiries. A submission event alone is not a booking or proof of delivery.
