KAVRIO / WORKSHEET
READ THE INQUIRIES. THEN PLAN THE CHANGE.
Use a single review period and classify each inquiry once. The tool calculates only the counts you provide.
YOUR MANUAL REVIEW
A clearer picture
starts with your counts.
Arithmetic only. This tool does not inspect a website, track leads, predict results or attribute inquiries to SEO.
WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN.
Qualified means the inquiry fits a service you offer and your actual coverage. Contacted describes whether contact has happened; it does not mean a quote, booking, sale or satisfied customer.
Use the first applicable category in a consistent order: duplicates or spam, wrong service, outside coverage, then qualified awaiting response or qualified contacted. Leave ambiguous cases unclassified until you can review them. Do not put one inquiry in two categories.
Qualified inquiries = awaiting response + contacted. Contacted share = contacted ÷ qualified × 100. Unclassified = total − all five categories. A negative unclassified count means the entries need correcting. With zero qualified inquiries, contacted share is unavailable.
Counts are not stored automatically. A download saves a plain-text file on your device. A category total can be below total: the difference is explicitly reported as unclassified. Review that remainder before making decisions.
