01 / THE DETAIL
Establish what is accurate
We inspect the current public profile, its website destination and the facts supplied by your business. The review covers service descriptions, category fit, hours and contact routes. Conflicting records are flagged for clarification. We do not resolve uncertainty by inventing a service, adding a location or copying a competitor's business details.
02 / THE DETAIL
Prepare the approved corrections
Before implementation, confirm the operating model, authorised account access and any supporting information needed for verification. Proposed edits are recorded so your team can understand what is changing. A service business covering several towns does not automatically qualify for several profiles. Unclear eligibility or ownership issues must be resolved before expansion.
03 / THE DETAIL
Maintain evidence customers can use
Useful media shows genuine premises, equipment or completed work with the appropriate permission. Service updates should reflect current availability. Review responses should address the customer's concern without exposing private details. We can organise that workflow, but generated job photographs, invented reviews and unsupported claims have no place in the profile record.
04 / THE DETAIL
Record status and contact behaviour
A submitted change can remain pending, require verification or be rejected. The maintenance record shows that status. We also inspect the linked website page and available customer-action information. A profile click or call action does not establish that an inquiry arrived, was answered or matched your service area; those outcomes need additional evidence.
USEFUL QUESTIONS
BEFORE YOU START.
Will you ask for our account password?
Access should use an appropriate account invitation where the platform supports it. Your business keeps ownership. We identify the required permissions before work begins; a profile review does not require posting passwords or recovery codes in a shared project brief.
Can regular posting guarantee better map visibility?
No. Updates should be useful and accurate, rather than published to satisfy an unsupported ranking formula. We distinguish maintenance tasks from outcome claims and assess available evidence without promising a particular map position or treating post volume as proof of progress.
What happens when information changes?
Nominate someone to confirm changes to hours, services and contact handling. We can maintain an agreed update record and check public visibility afterward. Urgent operational changes should reach the people handling inquiries as well as the website and profile.
